Deine Rolle
Du bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie, Business und Vertrieb.
Gemeinsam mit Sales, Account Management und unseren technischen Teams entwickelst du Lösungen, die technisch überzeugen und gleichzeitig echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schaffen.
Dabei geht es nicht nur um einzelne Deals oder klassische Angebotsprozesse. Du hilfst aktiv dabei, unsere Presales-Strukturen in Deutschland mit aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
Was dich konkret erwartet
  • Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und verstehst die tatsächlichen Herausforderungen hinter den ersten Anforderungen
  • Du entwickelst Lösungsansätze und erste Architekturkonzepte rund um Workplace AI oder Data & AI
  • Du führst Discovery Sessions, Workshops und Präsentationen auf Fach- und Management-Level durch
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Sales überzeugende Storylines, Angebote und Pitches
  • Du begeisterst Kunden in Demos und Kundenterminen für moderne Microsoft Technologien
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Litauen zusammen
  • Du bringst neue Ideen, Markttrends und technologische Entwicklungen aktiv ins Team ein
  • Du gestaltest mit, wie moderner Technical Pre-Sales bei Macaw aufgebaut wird

Your profile

Was du mitbringst
Du musst nicht jeden Punkt perfekt erfüllen. Viel wichtiger ist, dass du Lust hast, komplexe Themen zu gestalten, Kunden zu beraten und moderne Technologien verständlich zu vermitteln.
Was uns wichtig ist:
  • Erfahrung im Pre-Sales, Consulting, Solution Architecture oder einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten technischen Rolle
  • Erfahrung in Kundenworkshops, Präsentationen oder Solution Design
  • Interesse an modernen Microsoft Technologien rund um AI, Data oder Workplace
  • Die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich und überzeugend zu vermitteln
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Kunden, Stakeholder und Business Needs
  • Freude daran, Dinge mitzugestalten statt nur bestehende Prozesse zu verwalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
