• Develop and design reliable, user-friendly, and easily manageable data platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem;

Wat ga je doen? 
Binnen Macaw DX werk je aan innovatieve digitale oplossingen waarbij AI een integraal onderdeel is van het product of platform. Of het nu gaat om slimme personalisatie, predictive analytics, workflow-automatisering of conversational interfaces: jij zorgt ervoor dat AI niet alleen een gimmick is, maar écht waarde toevoegt. 

Als Solution Architect AI ben je het technisch geweten en de innovator in klantprojecten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de pre-sales fase, helpt klanten hun vraagstuk scherp te krijgen en vertaalt dit naar AI-gedreven oplossingen die schaalbaar, veilig en future-proof zijn. Je creëert samen met het team een technische roadmap en begeleidt de developers tijdens de bouw. 

Hoewel je zelf geen nieuwe AI-modellen ontwikkelt, heb je voldoende kennis van de AI-stack om slimme keuzes te maken en samen te werken met specialisten van onze data-afdeling. Jij weet precies hoe je AI integreert in digitale producten en hoe je AI laat samenwerken met bestaande IT-architecturen. 

Daarnaast werk je samen met UX-designers om conversational AI-oplossingen technisch te borgen, en zorg je dat deze schaalbaar, veilig en makkelijk uit te breiden zijn. 

Concreet ga je: 

• Leiding nemen in het ontwerp en de architectuur van digital products met AI;
• Klantvragen analyseren en vertalen naar AI-infused digitale oplossingen die schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig zijn;
• Een technische roadmap opstellen en het team begeleiden bij de realisatie van AI-oplossingen;
• Samenwerken met UX-designers en developers om conversational AI-oplossingen technisch te borgen en te integreren;
• Adviseren tijdens de pre-salesfase over AI-toepassingen en technische haalbaarheid, en meehelpen met het opstellen van voorstellen;
• Technische keuzes maken en begeleiden rondom de integratie van AI-diensten zoals Azure AI, OpenAI of vergelijkbare platformen;
• Nauw samenwerken met onze data-afdeling om AI-modellen en -diensten op de juiste manier te integreren binnen digitale producten;
• Als sparringpartner optreden voor zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders en bijdragen aan thought leadership binnen het AI-domein.

• +5 jaar ervaring als Enterprise Architect;
• diepgaande kennis van composable en headless architecturen.
• Kennis van of ervaring met Content Management systemen zoals Optimizely, Contentstack of Sitecore of een ander headless CMS, API’s en best practices;
• Kennis van of ervaring met PIM en DAM oplossingen zoals InRiver, OrangeLogic en Bynde
• Kennis van of ervaring met front-end frameworks zoals React.js/Next.js

• Lead and coach Data & AI consultants within the Data & AI service line, ensuring growth, quality, and strong team cohesion.
• Guide customers through their Data & AI transformation, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Fabric, Power BI, Azure (including AI/Foundry), Purview, as well as Profisee and Databricks.
• Actively contribute to customer projects (approximately 70%), including architecture, technical leadership, reviews, quality assurance, and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on data and AI topics.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and contribute to presales, offering development, and business development.
• Take responsibility for project and team performance (quality, delivery, capacity, utilisation, budgets).
• Translate market and technology developments into concrete actions within DSI and share this knowledge within your team.
• Contribute to productised services such as Macaw’s AI Migration Bridge, Data Platform for Education, and Data Platform for Municipalities.

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or data‑related field.
• Proven experience with Data & AI projects and leading or coaching technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Data & AI technologies, such as Fabric and/or Databricks, Azure, Power BI, Azure AI/Foundry, and Purview.
• Experience with customer interaction, presales, and solution design.
• Proven experience with delivery excellence, for example as a lead consultant, architect, or technical project lead.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• A team player with persuasion skills, empathy, and natural leadership.
